David Morgan is a member of the V2 Global Growth to Market Advisory Team. He brings more than three decades of leadership across public safety, global security operations, and private-sector risk management. His career reflects deep expertise in complex threat environments, strategic security planning, and the integration of advanced technology solutions to support organizational resilience capabilities central to V2 Global’s mission.
David holds a Master of Science degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and completed a postgraduate certificate program in Global Security and International Terrorism Studies, complementing his background in electronics and computer technology. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy (214th Session) and the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Command College, underscoring his advanced training in high-level investigative and leadership practices.
Throughout his 27-year law enforcement career, David held multiple command positions overseeing uniform operations, emergency services, investigative functions, and administrative strategy. His work included developing threat-reduction initiatives, managing crisis response operations, and coordinating interagency security programs—experience that now informs his approach to organizational risk, investigations, and protective intelligence.
In the private sector, David has served as a principal partner in a security consulting firm specializing in physical security, risk assessments, and protective strategy. He also founded and operated a security technology company that engineered and supported complex integrated systems, including intrusion detection, video surveillance, and electronic security platforms for commercial clients.
Following his transition from law enforcement, David continued to expand his role in security and technology operations as Director of Business Development for WPCS International’s Lakewood Operations Center, a global provider of security and wireless communication solutions and a Premier Partner with Motorola.
David expanded his work in global security, intelligence, and risk advisory by joining V2 Global, where he contributes to the firm’s investigative, protective intelligence, and strategic security consulting initiatives. In this role, he leverages his operational leadership background and technical expertise to support clients facing complex threat environments, helping organizations strengthen resilience, enhance situational awareness, and implement effective risk-mitigation strategies.
