Peter Edge

Peter Edge is a senior member of V2 Global directing Domestic and International Operations. Mr. Edge is an expert in Homeland Security and Counter Terrorism and a proven leader in the international law enforcement community. He is a globally recognized subject matter expert on border security, to include financial crimes, customs violations, intellectual property theft, immigration fraud, immigration enforcement and human trafficking.


Peter was formerly the vice president of corporate security at Conduent, a global company that provides back-end business support to Fortune 500 companies with over 68,000 personnel worldwide. Prior to working at Conduent, Mr. Edge worked at SOSI, a government contracting enterprise that provides support in both the defense, national security, and civilian realms.

Previously a member of the U.S. Government’s Senior Executive Service with over 32 years of federal and state law enforcement experience in criminal investigations and border security, including extensive leadership and managerial skills developed by leading large organizations at the local, national, and international levels.

Mr. Edge concluded his career in federal law enforcement by serving as the acting Deputy Director of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement ICE), the Deputy Director is the Chief Operating Officer for more than 20,000 law enforcement and support personnel assigned to more than 400 domestic and international offices. Responsible for a budget of over $7 billion and facilities worldwide.

Mr. Edge’s permanent assignment was serving as the director and chief executive of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), the second-largest criminal investigative component in the United States and the principal investigative arm of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). HSI is the key U.S. law enforcement agency responsible for disrupting and dismantling transnational criminal organizations engaged in cross-border criminal activities that seek to exploit America’s legitimate travel, trade, financial, visa, immigration, and border security systems.

As HSI’s lead executive, he was responsible for all investigative and intelligence activity of over 10,000 employees (to include nearly 44 members of the Senior Executive Service), who were assigned to more than 250 facilities around the world, including 67 international locations in 50 countries.
